1. Who this applies to

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at cincinyvrcohost.com (the "Site"), operated by CinCin YVR CoHost ("we," "us," "our"). By using the Site or engaging our short-term rental co-hosting services, you agree to these Terms. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle guest and property-owner data.

2. Services described on the Site

CinCin YVR CoHost provides short-term vacation rental management and co-hosting services in Vancouver, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Langley, Surrey, Pitt Meadows, Richmond, Burnaby, North Vancouver, and West Vancouver, BC. Descriptions, photos, and pricing information on the Site are for general information only and do not constitute an offer that we are obligated to fulfill on the terms shown. Co-hosting services are provided under a written management agreement with the property owner, which governs fee splits, scope of duties, and platform access.

3. Quotes and estimates are not binding contracts

Any revenue estimate, fee quote, or onboarding timeline given through the Site, by phone, or by email is an estimate based on the information available at that time. It is not a binding offer and does not create a contract. A binding management relationship exists only once both parties sign a written co-hosting/property management agreement.

4. Payment terms

Payment terms for a specific property are set out in the written management agreement and take precedence over anything stated generally on the Site.

5. Short-term rental platform compliance

Property owners are responsible for confirming their property's eligibility to operate as a short-term rental under applicable municipal bylaws and BC's Short-Term Rental Accommodations Act, including any required business licence or principal-residence restriction. We assist with listing management but do not guarantee municipal licensing outcomes.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of British Columbia, CinCin YVR CoHost is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, platform outages (Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, etc.), guest conduct, or reliance on information published on the Site. Liability for co-hosting services performed is governed by the written management agreement, not this Site.

7. Intellectual property

All text, images, logos, and design on the Site belong to CinCin YVR CoHost or are used under license, except property photography used with owner permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or republish Site content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

8. Third-party links

The Site links to third-party booking platforms (Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com), review sites, and social media. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of those third-party sites.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and Canada. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
