1. Who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how CinCin YVR CoHost ("we," "us," "our"), operating cincinyvrcohost.com (the "Site"), collects, uses, and protects your personal information under British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and, where applicable, the federal Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
2. What we collect
- Contact form submissions: name, email, phone, property details, and any message you submit through the Site's contact form.
- Analytics and advertising data: pages visited, device/browser type, approximate location, and ad-conversion signals, collected via Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel.
- Spam-prevention check: Cloudflare Turnstile verifies you are not a bot when you submit the contact form; it does not collect personal information beyond standard device/browser signals used for that check.
- We do not knowingly collect information from children, and the Site is not directed at children.
3. How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry about co-hosting or property management.
- To sync your contact details into our CRM (GoHighLevel) so our team can follow up.
- To measure Site performance and ad campaign effectiveness (aggregate analytics only).
- We do not sell your personal information.

Each third party processes data under its own privacy terms; Google's, Meta's, GoHighLevel's, Cloudflare's, and Vercel's privacy policies are available on their respective sites.
5. Guest data (outside this Site)
As part of our co-hosting services for property owners, we may handle guest personal information (names, booking details, contact information) through third-party booking platforms (Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com) and property-management tools. That guest data flows through those platforms' own systems, not through this Site, and is governed by the property owner's agreement with the booking platform and by our written management agreement with the property owner.
6. Cookies
GA4 and the Meta Pixel set cookies/pixels to measure visits and ad performance across sessions. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; doing so may limit some Site functionality but will not block the contact form from working.
7. Retention
Contact form submissions are retained in our CRM for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and for business records, then deleted or anonymized.
8. Your rights
Under PIPA/PIPEDA, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by contacting us (below). We will respond within the time required by law.
